We currently ship within the UK only using the Royal Mail service.

UK: Free shipping on all orders
Europe: not currently offered. If introduced in future, this will be charged at a set flat rate and this page will be updated to reflect it.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and to return it within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We'll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return postage).
Because this is a cosmetic product applied to skin, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons, this is a standard exclusion under the same regulations for hygiene sealed goods once the seal is broken. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within the 14 day window.
Damaged or faulty items: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

We accept payment by credit and debit card at checkout.

Full payment is required at checkout before your order is processed and dispatched.
Prices are shown in GBP (£).
All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, we never see or store your full card details.
