Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us at info@ouri.life within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll assess it and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, you won't be asked to cover the cost of returning a damaged or faulty item.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're legally entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods arrive faulty.
Exceptions (non-returnable items)
- Because this is a cosmetic product applied to the skin, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. This is a standard exclusion permitted under UK consumer law for hygiene sealed goods once the seal has been broken.
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- This exception doesn't affect your rights if the item arrives damaged or faulty. See "Damages and issues" above.
Exchanges and refunds
- As we currently sell a single product in one size, we don't offer exchanges only refunds for eligible returns.
- To start a return, email info@ouri.life within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
- Once your return is approved, send the item back unopened in its original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or your proof of return postage).
